SUMMER TERM
Exploring Practical Meditation
We continue to explore how yoga and life connect to each other. This term we will be examining the right attitudes of the heart as we practise.
Following consultation with current students and taking into account the rising costs of fuel and renting premises the Wednesday and Thursday evening classes will remain on Zoom for the time being. The Friday morning class will move to Wednesday morning and will be run in partnership with the Peterborough and District MS Society. Recordings of the classes will be available and discounts given for booking for one than one class per week.
All class details are set out below.
The chant group continues on Zoom. We meet fortnightly on Saturday mornings -and are learning the Taittiriya Upanishad. Please contact me for details.
In-person workshops and social meet ups will be organised so that we do begin to see each other in person again. I am looking for someone to act as co-ordinator for these if anyone would like to offer.

Students with MS are asked to please book directly through the Peterborough Branch of the MS Society. Other students please book through me with the usual fee of £88 or £110 with class recordings. One-off recordings will be £3.
